Well let's see there's morals, customer service, the desire to do the right thing and to do otherwise would be detrimental to any business wishing to maintain continued success not to mention a good reputation well into the future.

All listed businesses on BDB are here for our registered bride & groom members and because they are dedicated to the industry & delivering superior service.

Majority of businesses list prices on their website these days so it's very easy to research and find out much of what you need to know.

Businesses on BDB are also constantly under our members microscope, they can't help but be and we're quite often the first to be told about anything!

We always suggest that any matter to a members dislike be handled directly with the business concerned.

However if we ever do become aware of such a situation we do have the authority to remove the offending business from Bridal Discount Book's directory.
Because of our thorough pre-screening process we've not had to enforce that yet so you can rest assured that your best interests are constantly being looked after.

Yes it was & no at present it isn't any longer.

When Bridal Discount Book® first launched in April 2010 we had 70 businesses involved and to get the concept known we produced a physical book in harmony with the website. This worked well at our first few expos as it gave brides & grooms something to touch & feel.
The long term plan was always to have our online membership process take over for ease of use and convenience for all our bride/groom & business members not to mention our desire to help our environment and be as green as possible.

Once the word got out the website grew from strength to strength a book as such was no longer needed.

We were then able to introduce our green phase which now gives members the choice to either save their vouchers automatically online or print their own vouchers if they wish to.

Since it's introduction our  online process has proven to be the most successful so will always be the primary way for bride & business to connect.

Yes,  a Bridal Discount Book® membership is valid from registration right up until the date of your wedding.

As long as you are  planning your wedding day around an established date it doesn't matter if you have only 3 months or 3+ years. You'll have full access to claim and transfer all valid offers during that time to your wedding day, whenever that is.

If for whatever reason your date changes just let us know and we can adjust it for you so your voucher redeems go unhindered.

Yes, you most certainly can!

Simply SAVE &/or PRINT VOUCHER which is visible only to members once logged in on the website. Then contact the business you're interested in. Relay your unique member number for their confirmation and simply book &/or secure them BEFORE their offer expires.
The saving is then transfered to your wedding day whenever that may be.

No, purely because vouchers are automatically deleted from saved voucher lists once a business listing expires and their offer is no longer available or valid. So there is no need for you to have to do this yourself.

Our members are free to save &/or print as many individual business vouchers as they like. So basically one per business from every business listed!

This access is not optional within an account purely because there is no need to change a name prior to a wedding, which is also expiry of a bride & grooms membership .

It's necessary to have an established wedding date when joining BDB as this information is also used by businesses to confirm a members identity when booking services.

Members have the ability to adjust their address, email & phone numbers (which are kept private, secure & NEVER shared to any business or associate of BDB view Privacy Policy)

Yes, you do.

You should have already logged in and clicked "SAVE VOUCHER" on their business page which sent the business a notification containing your names, suburb, joining and wedding date (If you've checked the box stating "I'm happy to send my email address to a business when I save their voucher. " Then your email address ONLY will be included also).

Then on mentioning your membership & unique member number to the business they can further confirm that you are infact a member & entitled to claim their exclusive saving 

Again this is a security measure to ensure our privileged members are the only ones getting the benefits.

Yes, you are.

Providing you have not yet redeemed, booked &/or secured the business that's recently changed their offer.
It's a condition for businesses on Bridal Discount Book® to honor the greater saving if the saving has improved since you first saw it, saved or printed their voucher and before you have officially finalised business.

Because business listings on the website all expire at different times and can even change from time to time. BDB suggests you approach the business you wish to use for your wedding day, ASAP to avoid the possibility of them already being booked or missing out on it once the listing expires and they are no longer available to book at a discount.

Bridal Discount Book® has many strict security measures to protect it's listed businesses from unauthorized voucher redeems.
Along with your unique member number a business will confirm within Bridal Discount Books data base other details relating to your membership. 
If any information received appears different to that of your registered details a voucher claim won't be accepted.
